List of Ingredients to Avoid

Because both synthetic & organic ingredients are often not safe

In general, whether Trying-to-Conceive, Pregnant, or Lactating, we suggest avoiding using cosmetics, bath care, or skin care with synthetic ingredients. Buy products that are certified organic or natural. However, it should be noted, that although organic beauty products are best for women on the path of motherhood, even certain organic ingredients are toxic to (according to certain medical studies) embryo, fetus, or nursing infant.
